Business portraits for leaders and professionals.

You may need one precise business headshot. Or you may need a complete series. Either way, I shape the portrait around you, the people who will see it and the place where it needs to work. A good leadership portrait works on your behalf—on LinkedIn, in the press, in an annual report or before an international meeting. It should be recognisable. Credible. Yours.

Portrait photography in Vienna and Budapest for CVs, LinkedIn, business communication and executive presence — from a short headshot to a fully guided portrait series.

I do not photograph a role. I photograph the person who carries it.
How the work is built
BANHALMI

Portraits for LinkedIn, websites, press and public profiles.

I work with leaders, founders and board members, but also with artists, authors, experts, teams and private clients. The purpose may be corporate, editorial, personal or artistic; the common point is that the portrait must remain recognisable, credible and useful.

Background, wardrobe, light, framing and direction are selected for the person, the intended audience and the final use. A formal headshot, a natural environmental portrait and a more expressive study require different visual decisions, but the same attention to identity.

Before the camera

The portrait starts with a conversation.

I do not begin by asking you to pose. We talk first. About your work, the room you are walking into and the people who need to recognise you there. That conversation takes the pressure off and gives the photograph a clear purpose.

Years ago, in an interview about beauty and confidence, I said that the most important moment is when someone recognises their own strength in the finished picture. I still believe that. An executive portrait should not invent a more impressive person. It should make the calm, capable person already there easier to see.

That is why there is no performance to learn. We work until the posture feels natural, the expression is yours and the image says enough without trying too hard. Read the interview behind this approach ↗

Process

From the brief to the finished portrait

01

Context

We clarify who the portrait is for, where it will be used, what it should communicate and which styles are appropriate.

02

Visual direction

I guide posture, gaze, movement, wardrobe, light and background without forcing everyone into the same visual formula.

03

Selection

We evaluate the images together. The chosen photographs are retouched with restraint, preserving texture, character and identity.

04

Delivery

Files are prepared for corporate, editorial, personal, print, web, social and high-resolution uses.

Pricing & service options

Executive Portrait · from €499

For leaders who need a focused professional presence for LinkedIn, company profiles and press. The scope stays intentionally concise; if you need a broader communication system, I will recommend Personal Branding or a Visual Library instead of discounting the work.

Choose your portrait level

You do not need to be a company director. Choose a short headshot for one straightforward profile image, or a guided portrait when you would like more help in front of the camera. These are separate from Executive Portrait. Every package includes professional preparation, clear direction during the session and professional retouching of the selected images.

  • Headshot / CV · 10 minutes
10-minute session for one CV or LinkedIn profile image; professional direction and 1 retouched photograph.

Project frameworkThe practical things worth agreeing before we start

What does the project fee cover?

Before I photograph anything, we put the scope in writing: preparation, the shoot, selection, retouching, the final fee and any real travel or production cost. Studio sessions in Vienna and Budapest have no travel surcharge. For a client office or another location, any travel and venue costs are stated separately in the estimate. The accepted written offer remains authoritative.

What arrives, and when?

You should not have to guess what happens after the shoot. The written offer sets the preview, selection and final-delivery dates, together with the file formats you actually need.

What happens to private material and image rights?

One person on your side can collect approvals so feedback stays simple. Unreleased photographs stay confidential. Your usage follows the agreed licence, and I do not turn client work into a public reference without permission.

What if the date changes?

Once the offer is accepted and any agreed booking payment is made, the date is yours. If plans move, the accepted offer already tells us how rescheduling, cancellation and documented outside costs are handled.

One portrait system, different stakes

Choosing the main portrait for your profile

Executive portrait and headshot work remains the core: C-level leadership, boards, press, PR and LinkedIn. The same disciplined process is also available for a CV or resume portrait, a considered dating profile, and an artist portfolio when the image must feel credible rather than generic. Sessions are available in Budapest and Vienna, with direction adapted to the person, audience and actual use of the photograph.

See the Peter Magyar portrait case study for an example of how a single portrait can carry public recognition, editorial pressure and a clear visual position.
