Brand photography

Brand photography for websites, social media and press.

A company has a face: its leaders, team and working environment. I bring these elements together in a consistent visual identity.

Brand photography in Vienna and Budapest for leaders, experts and organisations that need a consistent personal or corporate visual presence across several channels.

For leaders, experts, entrepreneurs, artists and organisations, I create practical image libraries for websites, press, recruitment, presentations and campaigns.

A brand becomes credible when the people inside it remain visible.
How the work is built

How we work together

A consistent set of photographs for different channels.

Before planning a shot list, I spend time understanding how the company actually works: who carries its authority, where its culture becomes visible and which situations matter to customers, candidates and partners. The photography day should begin with decisions already made, not with guesses. The same discipline applies whether the subject is a corporate leadership team, a founder building a new venture, an artist positioning a body of work, or an individual building a personal brand.

1 · Understand

We begin with the organisation or individual, its goals, culture, audiences and the situations — corporate, entrepreneurial, artistic or personal — in which the visual presence must work.

2 · Position

We agree on how the people and the organisation should come across, then turn that into a clear visual direction.

3 · Create

Executive portraits, brand photography, employer-branding imagery and event documentation are planned to work together.

4 · Roll out

The image system is adapted for LinkedIn, websites, press, presentations, recruitment, campaigns and international communication.

5 · Evolve

When leaders, teams or communication needs change, the visual language can be updated without starting again.

BANHALMI

From your goals to a practical image library

I begin with identity, audience, market context, differentiation and the current gap between how the brand wants to be understood and how it is presently seen. Together we define the visual territory: level of formality, emotional distance, authority, accessibility, environment, colour, light and recurring motifs.

The photography then translates this positioning into a usable structured image set. Founder portraits, team situations, workplace details, products, editorial scenes and campaign images serve different channels, but communicate the same strategic position.

Process

How your goals become a set of photographs

01

Context first

We clarify audience, market, offer, differentiators, desired perception and the business situations in which the images must work.

02

Clear visual direction

I define the visual principles: authority or accessibility, distance or intimacy, environments, wardrobe, light, colour, framing and narrative rhythm.

03

Production

The shoot follows a deliberate shot plan while leaving room for real interaction, personality and unplanned moments.

04

Image system and rollout

The final set is structured for websites, press, LinkedIn, presentations, campaigns, employer branding and long-term content use.

Project frameworkThe practical things worth agreeing before we start

What does the project fee cover?

Before I photograph anything, we put the scope in writing: preparation, the shoot, selection, retouching, the final fee and any real travel or production cost. Studio sessions in Vienna and Budapest have no travel surcharge. For a client office or another location, any travel and venue costs are stated separately in the estimate. The accepted written offer remains authoritative.

What arrives, and when?

You should not have to guess what happens after the shoot. The written offer sets the preview, selection and final-delivery dates, together with the file formats you actually need.

What happens to private material and image rights?

One person on your side can collect approvals so feedback stays simple. Unreleased photographs stay confidential. Your usage follows the agreed licence, and I do not turn client work into a public reference without permission.

What if the date changes?

Once the offer is accepted and any agreed booking payment is made, the date is yours. If plans move, the accepted offer already tells us how rescheduling, cancellation and documented outside costs are handled.

BANHALMI

Different roles need different kinds of photographs.

There is no universal executive image. A founder, a senior banking leader, an established adviser and a specialist entering a leadership role communicate different things. We shape brand photography around the person, generational communication context, level of responsibility, professional field, audience and usage channels — never around a generic business-portrait template.

What the image library needs to do
